Event Sponsorship Opportunities

We conduct a number of fundraising events throughout the year that provide a great opportunity for local business or individuals to sponsor. Sponsorships are greatly appreciated and are acknowledged in various ways, depending on the level of contribution.

Our four largest events throughout the year are The Spring Memorial in June, The Annual Fund Drive mailing in June, Peaches for Hospice sale in August and the Tree of Memories in both Greeley and Windsor in December.

The following are levels of sponsorship:
  • Crescent Sponsorship - $200 to $499
  • Shasta Sponsorship - $500 to $999
  • Swallowtail Sponsorship - $1,000 to $1,999
  • Angelwing Sponsorship - $2,000 to $4,999
  • Monarch Sponsorship - $5,000 and above

As an Event Sponsor, you will receive recognition during the event and on all of the events promotional material. The extent to which you will be recognized depends on the event and how timely the sponsorship came in. All of our sponsors are greatly appreciated and you will be publicly recognized for your generosity to our organization.

All sponsors who give $1,000 have the opportunity to place promotional banners or booths at the event and will also have their company logo listed on our News and Events page. Any sponsor who gave sponsorships of $200 to $999 will be listed on our News and Events page. All gifts and sponsorships of $500 or more are publicly recognized each January in an advertisement in The Greeley Tribune, The Reporter Herald and The Coloradoan.
