The Allnutt family, who owns Allnutt Funeral Service, provide Jack's Place to try and relieve some of the stress and financial strain families can endure while caring for a loved one who is facing a terminal illness. Jack's Place can be utilized by out of town family members of HPCNC patients. Not only can this home be used as a place to stay overnight, Jack's Place can also be used as a confidential area to hold family meetings to discuss what lies ahead.

There is no charge to use or stay at Jack's Place. Therefore, donations given to either United Way of Weld County or Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado are appreciated. Jack's Place consists of three bedrooms, one full bath and one half bath. The house has an on site washer and dryer, kitchen, television, books and telephone.

Jack's Place is located at 1313 7th Avenue, Greeley, CO. To make a reservation Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. call Allnutt Funeral Service at (970) 352-3366. To make a reservation on weekends, holidays or after hours call United Way of Weld County at (970) 353-8808.

Please make other arrangements for your pets during your stay. Alcohol is not allowed on the premises. Smokers must use the designated outdoor smoking areas. Jack's Place is not handicap accessable.

Jack's Place is dedicated in memory of Jack Allnutt who died March 16, 2007. Jack faced his death with courage, love and a sense of humor. Family and friends express gratitude for having time with this dear man and for the compassionate care of the Hospice Team.
