Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado is a non-profit hospice serving our community for 30 years. Although, most of our services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurance the cost still falls short nearly $18 per day, per patient. Since we never deny a patient treatment due to the ability to pay, the cost in free medical care must be made up through other sources. We rely on the generosity of our community and individuals in order to make up this disparity. Your donation today, helps us carry out our mission of honoring and dignifying life’s final journey by providing quality-end-of life care, consoling the grieving and educating the community.

All gifts and sponsorships of $500 or more are publicly recognized each January in advertisements in The Greeley Tribune, Reporter Herald and The Fort Morgan Times.
